Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan from rooms with balconies, but unfortunately, they were not well-maintained and had some cleanliness issues. The service was top-notch and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location is convenient, close to various attractions in Traverse City, although the surroundings were not ideal. The dining was adequate, offering a decent meal experience.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean but had a couple of hairs on the comforter. The service was excellent, with the staff being knowledgeable and tremendously helpful, although they forgot to leave new coffee supplies daily. The location was convenient, with a balcony overlooking the water, but there was not much counter space in the bathroom. The dining experience was more like an intimate bed and breakfast than a traditional restaurant, which was not what I was expecting. The facilities were decent, but the room was not swept. One downside was being hit with a severe thunderstorm during my stay.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, right on the lakefront with stunning sunset views and spacious rooms with a walkout balcony to the beach. The service was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. However, the dining options were average, and the lack of insulation around the air conditioner in room 104 was a downside.
